Why We Built This Site
Public access is easier when the record custodian is clear. Hancock County Circuit Court and Hancock County Court records are held through the Circuit Clerk, while Chancery Court maintains a different case universe through the Chancery Clerk. Justice Court and the municipal courts of Diamondhead, Bay St. Louis, and Waveland each have their own access channels. This site brings together the researched public routes, portal limits, and clerk contacts so a reader can start with the office that holds the original record.
What You Will Find Here
The content identifies the documented court path before it describes a search.
- Docket guides: Hancock criminal docket search and civil docket search routes.
- Settings: annual terms, municipal calendars, and the court dates confirmation path.
- Case lookup: the Delta, PAMEC, clerk, Justice, and city channels used for a case lookup.
- Records: plain and certified-copy routes through the appropriate court record search custodian.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not a Hancock County or Mississippi government office. We cannot access an official file, reset a court date, alter a record, issue a certified copy, or give legal advice. Only the clerk or court that owns a case can confirm its present status and supply an official record.
Official court records come from the responsible clerk. A vendor index, payment service, or reference page cannot replace a clerk-certified document.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain a third-party search widget. Its operator controls its service and pricing. The widget does not change the local court custodian, public-access rules, or the need to confirm a setting or certified record with the original court.
